Rebekah’s role as a research specialist at ESP encompasses understanding the client’s organisation including sector, organisational structure, culture and ideal employee traits. She then works closely with the search consultant to research and identify candidates with the best possible fit for the client brief.

Rebekah’s career spans 20 years of people management with ten years in sales and marketing within the IT and telecommunications industries. Rebekah has held senior management positions with both blue chip and mid-tier IT and telecommunications companies in Australia and the UK.

Prior to joining ESP, Rebekah held the position of UK Marketing Manager for the Morse Group (a European-based IT Systems Integrator). In this position she led a team of marketing specialists running integrated marketing programs across the United Kingdom.

Prior to moving to the UK, Rebekah held various sales and marketing management positions for IBM Australia and Telstra.
